Toasted hemp waffles with peanut butter, topped with a cracked black pepper cran walnut mix! The dried cherries and peppered almonds are SO GOOD.
Lunch from last Sunday (1/22).
Ezekiel wrap, cheddar and mozzarella daiya, spinach, radishes, avocado, tomato and asparagus, sprinkled with lemon juice. Crisped and melted in the oven for ten minutes.
So fucking delicious. I even got my 3 year old cousin to love this one!
My dinner from last Saturday (1/21). Nom.
Penne with asparagus, radishes, pineapple and crispy chow mien noodles, lightly dressed with orange ginger sauce.
